Professional. Reliable. Experienced.
Steve spent years holding ladders, fetching tools, and learning the finer points of construction from his father. Together they built homes and remodeled everything from barns to basements and camp trailers to college campus facilities, and they shared a love for the work, the craft, and the product.
Steve kept his hands in the construction arena pouring foundations and adding rooms, building decks, remodeling kitchens, bathrooms or basements, installing plumbing and electrical circuits or new roofing, and always taking on new construction challenges. Years of accompanying inspectors as they examined his work provided a solid foundation for what was eventually the role Steve would play.
Steve supervised and inspected commercial & industrial projects including construction of public school classrooms, food service and transportation facilities, athletic arenas including an indoor pool, conversion of heating systems from oil to wood-burning, and new school construction in the permafrost of Alaska.
Steve's experience, training, and certification as a residential, commercial, and FEMA disaster housing inspector reflect a keen eye for detail, a genuine concern for the client, and an honest appreciation for things done 'right.'
